Frank Welton

Frank Wayne Welton was born in Union Settlement, NB on August 30, 1940, he was the son of the late Gerald and Marion (Blakney) Welton.

Frank will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Heather (Stevens) Welton, his daughter, Heidi Semple; his son-in-law, Jeff Semple; his step daughter, Amanda Bennett (Stevens); three adorable grandchildren: Christopher Welton, Sarah Semple and Becky Bennett. He left behind two brothers: Reginald Welton and Calvin Welton; four sisters: Geraldine Wiggins, Betty Nowlan and her husband James, Phyllis Craft and her husband Alvin and Margaret Hay and her husband Phillip; his mother-in-law, Alice Stevens and his mother and father-in-law, Flora and Ernest Northrup and a great deal of other loving relatives.

Frank was predeceased by his first wife, Betty-Ann (Northrup); his brother, Lawrence Welton and his nephew, Matthew Welton.

Mr. Frank Wayne Welton of Cody's, NB passed away at his home peacefully on February 2, 2008 at the age of 67, surrounded by his loving wife and family.

 
 
 

His passion in life was being a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed  a good game of cards with "the boys". He drove school bus for district 17 for over 25 years and was known as one of the best mechanics around.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). At Frank's request no visitation will be held. Cremation will take place and a private memorial service will take place in the spring.

As an expression of sympathy donations made to the memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
