Celebrate Life

Mr. Gordon Murray Hall of Lower Millstream passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on November 27, 2009 at the age of 74.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm.

A Celebration of Gordon's life will be held from the Lower Millstream United Church on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 11:00am.

There will be a time of fellowship with the family in the Church Hall following a private family committal.

Donations made to the Lower Millstream United Church Stained Glass Window Fund would be appreciated by the family

Celebrate His Life

Mary Rita Brown of Sussex passed away peacefully with her family by her side, after a brief illness at the Sussex Health Center on Friday, November 27, 2009 at the age of 80.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church on Monday, November 30, 2009 at 11:00 am with Father Arnie Hachey officiating.

The interment will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery.

There will be a time of fellowship with the family in the Church Hall immediately following the Committal Service.

Bryant Almon of Knightville passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2009 at the age of 58.

A Celebration of Bryant’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 11:00 am with Jeanette Cosman officiating.

Donations made to the Living Memorial would be appreciated by the family.

The interment will take place at Gosline Cemetery. There will be a time of fellowship with the family at the Smith Creek Hall immediately following the Committal Service.

A celebration of Dora's life will be held from the Wallace Community Chapel on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 11:00am.

A celebration of Fran's life will be held from the Lower Millstream Baptist Church on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 2:30pm.

The interment will take place in Riverbank Cemetery.

There will be a time of fellowship with the family at the Lower Millstream Baptist Church Hall following the committal service.

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth "Marion" Buchanan of Marysview Seniors Facility, Hampton, formerly of Berwick passed away at her residence on November 10, 2009 at the age of 90. 

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex (506-433-1176). The family will be receiving relatives and friends Thursday from 6-8pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Phillips Roman Catholic Church on Friday Morning at 10:00am with Father Arnie Hache officiating.The interment will take place at St. Phillips Cemetery followed by a time of fellowship with the family at the Millstream Recreation Centre.

Mrs. June Beryl Wiggins of Mill Cove Nursing Home, Mill Cove, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at the age of 80.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where the family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday afternoon from 2-4.

A private family graveside service will be held in All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Bagdad.

Gladys Winifred Fowler passed away on April 17, 1917 at the Berner’s Hotel in London, England.

The Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 2:00pm in Hammondvale Cemetery.

Audrey Elizabeth Dawson of Wards Creek passed away after a period of failing health at the Sussex Health Centre on November 1, 2009 at the age of 81.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, 114 Church Ave. Sussex with Fr. Peter Bagley officiating on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 2:00pm.

A private family interment will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery, Saint John.  

Donations made to Mill Cove Nursing Home would be appreciated by the family.
