Stephen J. Kovachik

Stephen J. Kovachik, of Sussex, passed away at Sussex Health Centre on February 13, 2003. Born in Velkaudica, Bistrica on October 1, 1920, he was the son of the late John and Antonia (Kucej) Kovachik.

Stephen is survived by his beloved wife Greta B. (Cooper) Kovachik, 2 sons, David and his wife Wendy of Georgetown, Ontario and Stephen and his wife Lucy of Leamington, Ontario, 3 grandsons, David of Waterloo, Ontario, Timothy of Georgetown, Ontario, Chad of Leamington, Ontario, his brother, Paul of Guelph, Ontario, 2 sisters, Mary Ann Kreamer of Florida, Irene McDonald of Missouri, several nieces and nephews.

Stephen was predeceased by 2 brothers, Mike and Joe.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). At Stephen's request there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Sunday, February 16, 2003 at 2:00 pm.
