William Aird “Bill” Fair
Mr. William Aird “Bill” Fair, of Head of Millstream, New Brunswick passed away at Sussex Health Centre on March 15, 2003, born in Fifeshire, Scotland on April 2, 1923, he was the son of the late John and Margaret (Aird) Fair.

Bill is survived by hi beloved his wife Theresa (Parlee) 2 daughters; Kathy McMillan and her husband Bill, Heather Miller and her husband Earl, 2 sons; John and Colleen, Jeffrey and Kelly all of Head Of Millstream. 3 sisters; Bunty Hayes and her husband Lloyd of Browns Flats, Margaret Perry and her husband Clifford of Perry Settlement, Jean Carson of Sussex, 13 grandchildren; Eric, Scott and his wife Melissa, Karen, Justin, Matthew, Rebecca McMillan, Jason, and Jennifer Miller, Danny, Amanda, Shane, Chase, and Taylor Fair, 6 great grandchildren; Chad, Brittany, Corey, Courtney, Brett and Erin, as well as several nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by a brother George.

Bill served with the 8th Hussars in Italy, France, Germany, and Holland. He was a member of the 8th Hussars Assoc., the St. Phillips Catholic Church, the Royal Canadian Legion Norton Branch # 76, the Knights of Columbus, and the Millstream Seniors Club.

The Royal Canadian Legion Norton Branch # 76 will hold a tribute Monday evening at 6:45pm.

Arrangements in care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Monday 2-4,7-9. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Francis Xavier RC Church on Tuesday, March 18, 2003 at 10:00 am. Interment at St. Phillips RC Cemetery.
