Dear Aunt Yvonne, and to my cousins; Michael, Kathleen, Yvette, Danny, and Stephanie, I love you all. Please know I wish I could be there with you. I have each of you and your families, in my thoughts holding you all close to my heart and in the light now and in the days to come. I am so grateful for the many years of visits and times I have had up in Millstream at the old home stead and in the new home as well. The many memories I have are a great source of comfort. We look forward to getting together with as many of you as possible in the near future to celebrate Uncle Gene's life and the gift of family, both he Yvonne, so freely shared with ours. I'm saddened to hear of Gene's passing. Gene was a great guy .. always enjoyed discussions with him, especially hockey discussions. I so enjoyed his humor and quick wit. Laura and Mike and Erin, I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. We have had a rough go of it, losing so many beloved parents/grandparents in the past 2 years. I wish I could be with you all. You are in our thoughts and prayers. I will remember most about your Dad Mike is how outgoing and friendly he was. He always made me feel welcome and part of your family at gatherings. I recall your wedding and your Dad talking to us all and making us all comfortable. Everyone said it was a perfect match, the Guilfoyles like to talk and the Kilfoils like to listen. He was a wonderful man and will be missed by all.
